WHO WE ARE
ICHolding is the first company in Georgia, which operates in and covers the full range and all phases of industrial construction.
We founded “Ecohouse” in 2015. Initially, the main purpose of the company was to import and sell the innovative roofing materials and wall sandwich panels for the construction works that were unique products on the Georgian market back then. We have been executing industrial site construction projects since the foundation of the company. We have already completed the whole process of the design and construction of nearly 150 industrial buildings. Moreover, we are known for the successful implementation of the projects that aims to assemble and install different types of containers with various specifications.
During its six years of existence, “Ecohouse” was nominated twice for the “Golden Brand” for being the number one company in the field of industrial construction.
During the past six years, the company has undergone essential changes and modifications to become more mature and develop further. The combination of innovations and changes led us to launch the rebranding process and to establish the Holding.
ICHolding holds the following companies: ICcompany – Industrial Construction, ICfactory – Multifunctional Enterprise, ICbeton – Installation of the Industrial Floors, ICpanel – Sandwich Panel Manufacturing Factory.

ICcompany - is specialized in industrial construction and design works and covers the full phases of the field. We have already completed the execution of the various projects, such as wine factories, dry storages, fruit processing plants, cold storage facilities, and data centers.
ICfactory
Multifunctional enterprise
ICfactory - holds the multifunctional enterprise, which is composed of a highly qualified and well-experienced workforce. Enterprise is mainly focused on manufacturing different types of containers, including but not limited to the living containers, guard containers, office containers, commercial and WC containers. We also produce all the accessories for the containers as well as the aluminum and PVC doors and windows.
